Terry Higgins of Mermaid Pools have took money for my pool project and did not finish.  The project was a major disaster throughout the project with Mermaid just requesting money to try and pay subcontractor on jobs that they have rendered in the past.  Mermaid Pool owe subcontractors money for service sand materials in which that are trying to come after the customer for.  If you done business will Mermaid Pool and your pool contract is not satified.  Please make arrrangments to  pursue legally against Mermaid Poos Terry Higgins.
