It was in 2005 decmber me(Elbert Easter jr 7/12/44) went too Michael j Magana attorney Bar Card:00795494 with my nephew Mr Willis Martin to discuss hiring Michael Magana . The job was to assist my son Darren who was in jail in Williamson County (30 miles from Mr Magana office @2315 s loop 121 Belton ,tx) .My son recently got released & told me Mr Magana never visited him in Williamson County from 5/2005 -10/2006.

I gave Magana $1800.00 cash January 2006 a.d. Magana took cash as down payment & said"I will get darren bail dropped down after you give me 1700.00 more to finish son's case".I sent letter requesting reimbursement of funds for services not rendered.....
