For many years, I have provided pool services for Mr. Mirharooni at 9916 Mark Place, Beverly Hills, California, 90210. For all the years I provided pool services for him, he has paid me on my word, without the need for any itemized billing, repair invoices, supply invoices, etc.  However, towards the end of 2011, he only paid me $100 and requested that I provide invoices for all parts, labor, and supplies I used for his pool before he pays me any more money. I felt not trusted and very upset that I was not paid in full and felt like he did not want to pay me. On Saturday March 24, 2012, I wrote an anonymous "ripoff report", number #858922 on this website "ripoffreport.com", under a name I made up. The name I used was "Getting  Justice" from Los Angeles, California, USA. I was very upset. In the title/heading of report #858922, I used the terms "Criminal, Thief, Rip off , Scammer, liar" next to his name. I understood from this site that such title/heading would bring more impact and attention. I also claimed he "breached his contract with me", "he has shown no respect for me", "he hired me with false intent", "he had no intent to ever pay me", "he is extremely dishonest and has no limits to what he will do in order to rip me off". Even though I felt not trusted and very upset, upon further consideration, I understand that his request to verify my work was reasonable. It took a while for the pool to look good and, now that I think of it, I could understand why he wanted to verify and check what I was doing and not pay me until then. Also, he had tried to call me several times but I had changed my phone number. He did not know that. Mr.  Mirharooni IS NOT a  Criminal, Thief, Rip off , Scammer, or liar. I should not have put his name next to these words in the complaint heading to get attention. Those words do not apply to him. All my other claims/implications as stated above are also not true. In fact, after I provided him with the verification and invoices he had requested, HE DID immediately pay me in full. I was mistaken and I apologize to him. Again, I hereby withdraw and retract all of ripoffreport.com complaint #858922.
