They were hired, to do marketing, publicity publications and verification services. Via contract. And refund was suppose to be given back within 30 days. If not completed. They extended with excuses, I formally emailed and called them saying I wanted a refund, they told me a refund would be sent out, I called asking when the refund will post nothing has been refunded. Since they violated their contract terms. It’s been 5 months and they have been ignoring all my calls, texts and emails.
