We hired Mark Fuller to reformulate our therapy lotion for cancer patients and never received the samples after we paid him $2,500. We contacted Mark Fuller at Microformulation Cosmetic Consulting in Summerville, SC back in Jan 2020 after visiting his website to reformulate our therapy lotion for cancer patients.

On, Feb 4, 2020, the owner of our company wired him $2,500 per the agreement. We never received our samples of the reformulated therapy lotion. He has yet to return a phone call or answer an email.
