I have been trying to reach Mr. Miller since Febrary. He still has my control board to my microwave and I can't get the courtesy of a callback or a return email. He initially fixed the part and sent it to me. It worked for not quite a year. I sent it back under warranty (HIS warranty) in October of last year. Never heard from him until Feb / March of this year, when he said that he just needed a few more days, then.....NOTHING.
