Milesh Jain who apparently owns the site, http://www.ghabit.com, refused to pay $1000 that he owed. When I confronted him with the fact that he needed to make this additional payment, he claimed that he had that was easily refuted by our records. It was a silly charge. Milesh was constantly insinuating that he wanted more service than what was agreed upon contractually or else no payment would be made which was against what we had agreed to. Milesh is dishonest to the extreme and Ghabit, LLC should not be trusted as a business partner. You will likely be out a considerable sum of money when you are finished dealing with them.

Milesh Jain, in the course of creating the product, admitted to me that he didn't know what an API was. This is fine and I totally understand. He said that he would check with his Ruby on Rails (back-end) developer in India who was a family member and had absolutely no formal training in designing a back-end. She didn't know what an API was either. I told Milesh that this was a HUGE problem and that this would push back any opportunity to complete the software in any reasonable time period. He needed to hire a developer in the US (or abroad) who was experienced in these concepts. This is like dealing with a supposed pitcher who doeesn't know what a mound is. He's not a pitcher. To anyone who knows anything about mobiles of this nature, as Mr. Jain, this great CEO as he presents himself, did not know what that was. His family member, back-end developer who read a "Rails in 21 Days" book did not know what is absolutely fundamental in completing a project. He was a nightmare to deal with: incompetent to the extreme, dishonest, self-aggrandizing, selfish. I am doing extremely well having completed several projects for several happy clients. Just stay away from this guy. He'll cost you a fortune. Better yet, just give him a quiz as to what he knows when he walks in the door and what he wants you to do. If I had done proper vetting, I wouldn't be in the position that I am out all this money, but I was prepared to let sleeping dogs lie until he made an outrageous claim about me.

False claim filed after we exposed their scamming business

Northshore Software aka Samuel Hicks firstly owes us money and did not deliver the product as promised.  After we filed the complaint against them on Ripoff Report - they maliciously filed a complaint against us that we owe them more money.

If they have proof, then ask them to share please.

Thanks,
Milesh
