You spend hours and days visiting web sites to try to get you to purchase items from their business customers, and they give you points for doing so to cash in on gifts. Once you cash them in, they allegedly send you a gift certificate number via e-mail, then you use them to obtain the gift items. I cashed in points on January 1st, and have still not received them. The customer service gives you lame excuses, but no results. This web site is a waste of time.
