Minol has been charging me an extremely high water bill and come to find out the meter has not even been operational for the past 10 months I've been living in my townhouse. One month my bill will be $51 and the next month it will be $150! How are they coming up with these amounts if the meter is not even working to give an accurate reading? My monthly water bill flucuates from one extreme to the next.
