This Company does not like bad reviews. Instead of trying to correct the issue they put my name on here. Phoenix Used Restaurant Equipment/ Mr. Emergency/ Phoenix Auction House would like to make it the customers fault. They came out to repair my slushy machine, instead of fixing the machine it was worse than it was before they came out. I called to ask them to send out another technician since the one they sent was completely unfamiliar with my machine. He may be experienced with other things but not my model. 

Instead of being treated like a customer I was treated with complete disrespect and was personally being insulted. The company offered a refund since they refused to send anyone out to fix my machine. I did not complain about the price nor did I ask for the refund, they offered, which I still have never received. After listening to the "owner" rant and insult me, my family, my employment, and my students, among others for about 10 minutes, in which he would not let me get a word in, I informed him that I would be posting reviews on his company. I also informed him that if he corrected the problem or refunded my money, that he had offered to do, I would amend the reviews.  By text he also then sent ten different text messages insulting everyone again. I have copied the text at the bottom of the page and am more than willing to show anyone the screenshots to prove that they are unedited. These texts are from a grown adult. Most companies would like to fix the reviews, he just insults the customer. 

His companies BBB score is an "F". His Google reviews average a 2.5-3, his Yelp scores are 1-2 at best. Somehow I do not think this is a consumer problem it is a business owner problem. 

The only one ripped off is me. I was left with a broken machine, he had my money. I found a reputable company that was familiar with my machine and they had it fixed and running in a matter of minutes and even informed me that I was correct in that being an older machine it required slightly different material to repair it. 

As stated in my reviews this company is one to avoid completely.

"Oh thank you so much I will be putting a review in on you as well on all multiple sites as well as your mother your father your grandfather your first-"

"born your second born in your third born"

"As well as your cat"

"Along with flyers on anyone's windshield it all of your shopping centers your school your gym your Bible study your church and at your mother's church and"

"your father's Church in your grandmother's Church"

They go on for another five text messages.
