I purchased a pair of Molecule® Cargo Pants recently. I’ve only worn them about 10 or 11 times, and the seat has already failed. Molecule refuses to correct the problem or otherwise help me - $76.89, down-the-drain.

Why should they?? YOU are the one that wore the pants and YOU are the one that did an activity that caused said pants to fail. YOU are trying to get out of buying a new pair of pants on some self entitled notion that YOU have. Lets face reality here buddy!! THEY are under ZERO obligation to either give YOU a refund OR swap them out for YOU because YOU tore the pants. 10 or 11 times wearing the pants, means that YOU washed them quite a bit and YOU used them in between said washings!!! Stop being a "chick" and just admit that YOU tore through the pants due to YOUR use of the pants. Quit trying to pass the blame!!
