Money tree is a scam, they lie about the leads they get peoples info by looking in phone books ect.. not from their loan dept as they say! they are located in canoga park on remmet st. I will post the exact address. The address on ventura in woodland hills is a fake address, so no one will go and try to close them down. you need to file a law suite for fraud I am not giving legal advise but I am suggesting, what they are doing is highly illegal. contact the fbI, let them now they are getting leads from the phone book, and the internet, clients they had years ago who don't know their info is being sold, go to whistle blow let the DA know, go to DRE department of real estate they dont have a license to do loans. please go after them. You will win and be anomoyus while doing it.dont let them continue making up s**t like how many borrowers they have they make it up off the top of their heads no computer involved! most of the people that work there are fellons!
