Phone line was canceled and Monitronics never was aware. So if a robber was to cut my phone line I had no alarm. They never called for any power outages either therefore I truly believe they were not even monitoring our building.

Customer representatives will not do anything to help get the matter resolve. If you are thinking of using Monitronics...save yourself a headache...go elsewhere!!
