A Sales person from Hiko energy told me that I can save 10-20 % MY BILL from PSE&G.

I simply believed then changed to Hiko from Pse$g
But my last bill(Jan.2014) was 50% more than PSE&G. So I was trying to call to customer service, but only answering machine speakes.
Then I called to Pse&g then explained what was happen. I got answer that one month will be taking to settle from Hiko to Pse&g. I just got this month bill which 2 times higher on electricity and 3 times higer on gas the total bill is 980$

I can not afford to pay this much bill (my winter bill is 350 to 400)

What shall I do Please help me out
