I lived in palm coast and i asked mr window blinds to come do an estimate. I didnt know that Joe mehm was a convicted felon. I agreed to their terms and gave them a deposit. i have not seen my good and services and my deposit has been ripped off.

Not sure who actually wrote this, but judging by the 2nd-grade grammar skills it was most likely Charles Lance or James Plavsic, who are in fact both convicted felons.: http://www.charlesrandylance.com
This is obviously an attempt to slander a person who has never been convicted of any crime. unlike the before mentioned pair of convicts. This can be easily proven by running doing a search on Joe Mehm, you will not find anything. Notice the person that wrote this had nothing to back up their claims? This all comes from an attempt by Charles Lance to steal Mr. Mehm's business. Charles Lance is a long-time con man and thief, and it's all very well documented, like his prison record for example, which once again can be found here: http://www.charlesrandylance.com
So now the convicted felon criminal wants to try and make the claim that it's not him, but someone else. Too bad for him all evidence shows who the real criminal is. You can run, but you can't escape your past Charlie!
