We have never heard of MWI Premier Helath. Just recently my husband took a close look at his bank statement and noticed a charge of $13.95 from MWI.

When he phoned them they said that we signed up with them 1 1/2 yrs. ago. WE DIDN'T! We asked for our money back and they refused. We checked our statement dating back to July of 2003 and found not only were they charging us 13.95 monthly, they charged us $139.95 initially.

Charges to date... $351.75. Check Your bank statements, it could happen to anyone.
