My Cash Now is a horrible loan agency to use. Its the customer support, knowledge of the business and call quality is atrocious. These people give you thern around and waste hours of your time on the phone only to repeat themselves and not get anything done. They are also famous for sending you all over the IVR system and different departments to accomplish aggravation and a headache by the end of the call.
