I AM DEFINITLY PLANNING TO PAY OFF MY LOAN WITH THEM, BUT CONSUMERS SHOULD BE AWARE OF THIER DECEPTIVE COLLECTION PRACTICES. MY FATHER HAS BEEN VERY SICK LATELY,AND I DID USE HIS PHONE NUMBER AS A REFERENCE. SO TO MY DISMAY THEY CALLED TODAY USING MY FATHERS PHONE NUMBER, I ANSWERED AND A WOMAN ASKED FOR ME, I THOUGHT MY FATHER HAD PASSED AWAY. DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THIS PRACTICE IS ILLEGAL?
