National Check Control ripoff called, harassed, "shut my mouth and listen" Mr. Carlos Vidal did this Secaucus New Jersey

Carlos Vidal representing Charles T. Hutchins from National Check Control called me several times to collect on a check dated 2/17/01 for a nearby riverboat. He wanted $130 more that check was written for. He said there was a $30 bank fee and the $100 was accumulated over the years. I've paid $160 already and tried several times to contact the National Check Control and I can't reach anyone; phone just keeps ringing. Happened to look this place up on the computer and found many interesting facts regarding National Check Control. Sounds like I threw away $160 already. Who got my money?
