I have dealing with this company for 8 years now, ever since my daughter was 26 years old,my daughter is 34 years old now. And I am still being garnished by these guys.

This company called me in 2010 and threaten me to pay Ms Bell $35,000. So I go to court and the judge awards Ms Bell $35,000 principle and $75,000 in interest equaling $110,000. They begin to garnish me for 55% of my net earnings. I file for bankruptcy to save my house, an during the bankrupcy and their attorney changed the wording to read that the whole $110,000 was all principle. So ever since 2011 these guys have been compounding interest at the rate of 18% into my judgement of $110,000 for years now.

Even after I had stopped it all with the Appeals Court in 2017 a year later these guys pushed my case to the Supreme court just so they could stay into my pocket. Really, who does that? Ms Bell, who they are representing, has not spent 1 day in court or have spent 1 dime, NCS is financing the whole deal for 33% of what ever they can embezzle.

I hired a certified Family Law CPA last year that figured out that, my judgement has been satisfied over a year ago, stating that I had over paid $14,828 as of  November 2, of last year. And with another $35,000 that they have garnished from me year to date, that is $49,828 that I have overpaid. And continue to garnish.

And their attorney is saying that I still owe a balance of $97,000, by his calculations.

I have been in court, in Washington state for twice in the last 2 months, but the family law Judges refuse to give me relief of my judgement.--------- As if they don't see exactly what their doing.

I spoke with the Washington State Attorney General shortly after that, an they could not belive what these guys are getting away with. And they were more that willing to file a complaint against NCS.

These guys do this so casual as if this just normal practice fo them. Even though this is illegal what they are doing. How many others have fallen victim to this type of Collections. Many violations have been broken.

I am really hoping to see class action suit started against NCS.

I know this is not an isolated incident. I have read of others.

Something must be done about these "Predator" collection companies. This has went way beyond childsupport collection. More closer to "Extortion"than collection, the way I see it.

Where Is Your Lawyer

AUTHOR: Jim - (United States)

POSTED: Friday, November 01, 2019

Nowhere is this complaint do I see anything about what your attorney is doing to fight this.  All I see is this Family Law CPA you hired, who can't do anything in court for you, and the truth is....nobody gives a d**n about what he has to say.  Do you even have an attorney?

If you don't, then you are an idiot and you know nothing about the law.  Let me say it again for clarity purposes:  You are a MORON!!  It is time for you to get an attorney and have the attorney fight this for you.  Judges don't listen to pro se litigants representing themselves in court, especially Family Law.  Doesn't matter whether you have the right to do so.  You are an idiot for trying.

Now, here's what I don't get.  Who approached this company for back child support payments?  Your wife?  Your daughter?  If it was your daughter, then you are either

(1) a complete deadbeat who deserved this, or

(2) your daughter is a piece of work.

She has you pegged as a cheap SOB who is so cheap that when you pull a dollar bill out of your wallet, George Washington is wearing sunglasses because that poor guy hasn't seen the light of day in forever.  She's probably right if all you've done is go to court, and she sits back and does nothing.  Why should she?  She feels entitiled, so she hires this firm to go after you.  Since it costs her nothing to do this, there's nothing to lose.

Whether you think it's legal or illegal doesn't matter.  You're not a lawyer, so your opinion is irrelevant.  At this point, you have a choice:  You either pay what they say, or you hire a lawyer to chase them away and even have the lawyer file sanctions if they've acted improperly.  If you think a lawyer is expensive, ask yourself:  Is the lawyer going to be less than $110,000?
