I ordered legal prescription drugs from this company at what seemed like a decent price. The order came to almost $200.00 and were supposed to be shipped overnight after the e check withdrawal. The money was taken from my account immediately but no product.
I also sent them three emails inquiring about my order, and have received no response although they claim they will answer your email immediately.

What Do The Terms & Conditions Really Mean?????

Section 6 refers to Section 4. And, to me, Section 4 seems to be shady as it states: "The customer will only pay 1/2 of the original amount, plus shipping costs, for a reshipment of the original products ordered."
It seems to be saying that if you pay for and don't get the product, after 8 weeks of waiting they will reship, BUT you will be charged AGAIN in the amount of 1/2 of what you had originally paid, plus a second shipping charge.
But I'm still confused. Section 6 says, "...will replace the order under the provisions of section 4 as long as it complies with all applicable laws and terms of use of this site." Then Section 4 says, "In the event an order DOES NOT comply with all applicable laws and the customer would like a reshipment,as a courtesy National Pharmacy Group will cover 1/2 of the original order total minus shipping costs."
So, they will replace the order, at additional cost to you, as long as it either DOES or DOES NOT comply with all applicable laws, etc.?
I give up! Sounds like they've got you coming or going with that nonsense.
From site Terms & Conditins:
6. In the event a shipment does not reach it's destination in the allotted period of time, the customer agrees to wait a total of 8 Weeks from the shipment date, to allow for any customs notifications to reach the customer. Once this time period has ended National Pharmacy Group will replace the order under the provisions of section 4 as long as it complies with all applicable laws and terms of use of this site.
4. In the event an order does not comply with all applicable laws and the customer would like a reshipment, as a courtesy National Pharmacy Group will cover 1/2 of the original order total minus shipping costs. The customer will only pay 1/2 of the original amount, plus shipping costs, for a reshipment of the original products ordered.
