I have read many articles on this site and elsewhere where Nationwide is not doing the right thing by claimants. They want to settle with a low offer and hope that the claimant will take it. Doin't fall into this trap. Sue them!!!!

Make them feel the pain of attorney fees. If enough people do this hopefully they will get smart. You can get the an attorney to do it under contingency basis and then it will ost you only a %age of what you collect.

Don't let them get away with robbery because that is what they will do.
