Nazaire & Co. has been closed since 2009, they filed for bankruptcy that year. That doesn't make any sense, they were out of business already how can they still have unfinished service with you in 2011, 2 years after they closed. Plus, in the company's defense new terms can be enforced, it is negotiated between the company and the client.
