Nectar Nectar Sleep Poor customer service from start to end...Never received my mattress!!
The buying process from beginning to end is ridiculous. I placed an order on March 28th, 2020 and first never got an email confirmation and had to contact the company multiple times to get an order confirmation.
After never receiving the delivery I filed a complaint with the company and contacted them twice- each time receiving the run around about when the refund will be processed. Such poor customer service. There are so many other mattress companies out there, BUY FROM A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY, that will value you as a consumer. NO
