I am the Red Team Director. I manage the team that works cases for Neighborhood Hacker. We do our best to succeed on every case we take. However it is not possible to be successful 100% of time. This report gives no detail on the case in question and provides no supporting information to prove that you were in fact a client of NHH. In every case we take we have a standard time line and process so that we can document that work is done. We also clearly state that any up front cost is for the work we will perform.
