Neil La-as, the CEO of Shoppedia E-commerce Trading Co., a start-up E-commerce company in the Philippines, did not pay for the services rendered by my company for six months. We provided video production and marketing services for six months, and Neil La-as did not pay us at all.
Apparently, he has been doing this to other people, asking for financial help to support his company and promising to pay over a certain amount of time, but he did not intend to do so.

Request to Retract/Update My Report Due to Amicable Resolution

Dear Ripoff Report Team,
I am writing to respectfully request a retraction or update to a report I previously submitted on your platform regarding Neil La-as, report id: 1537078.
Since submitting the report, my client and I have come to a mutual understanding, and they have agreed to settle the outstanding payment. Given this amicable resolution, I no longer wish for the report to negatively impact their reputation.
I understand that Ripoff Report does not remove reports, but I would like to request that an update or retraction note be added to reflect the resolved status of the issue. Please advise me on the next steps to take in order to do this properly.
