I won 2 items on the same day. Paid outrageous shipping and got them 14 days later when I paid for 2 day express mail.

The gems are ugly. The diamond is about 1/8 ct. when its supposed to be 1/4 ct. Waiting for the appraiser to be in to have them checked.

The Sapphires are so solid as to be almost black. The setting is bent and ugly. Gold looks to be chipping off around the setting.

Customer Service said they were shipped in a timely manner, and gives me the run around, when asking for a reduction on the $15 each for shipping when they were ordered together, but said I should have waited to pay and it would have given the discount.

This report was filed in bad faith and is utterly ridiculous. First, our shipping costs are clearly disclosed in each ad. We are up front about all fees. There are no hidden charges. Please see the shipping calculator that is posted in each ad: app.infopia.com/absolutea/images/shipping_chart.jpg

Further our transit time is posted in each ad as follows:

You can expect to receive your order within 3 WEEKS after completing checkout and payment has been confirmed.

We DO NOT offer overnight or express shipments.

We are happy to combine orders for you if you check-out at one time within a 7-day period.

Secondly, this customer was never given the run around. We responded to her e-mails and provided her with our policies and procedures.

Next, the items were as described and we have a no questions asked return policy. Interestingly enough, the buyer never returned any of the items she purchased from us which further shows bad faith on her part.

Finally, her issues are self-inflicted. Should she had taken the time to read our ads, she would have been aware of the shipping costs and the transit time and could have shopped elsewhere if she was not happy with our terms. Instead, she failed to read and complained after the fact like a spoiled child not getting her way. Also if she is not happy with our products, why would she keep all the items? This report is clearly malicious. This site should be used site for those that were truly ripped off, not morons who do not read before they buy. Bottom line, we offer below wholesale prices on jewelry, have a no questions asked return policy and a customer service team readily available to help anyone.
