I too have fallen victim to this this guy and Saxon Enterprises. I'm new to the online business game, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I didn't really know what an "SEO campaign" was. In other words, I thought I may have done something wrong, or didn't do something, to prompt Bill Leonard to stop replying to my calls and emails. But I mean in any business, it's just common courtesy, right?

After reading several reports about Bill Leonard and Saxon Enterprises here on ripoffreport.com, there seems to be a pattern emerging. It sounds like all his past dealings with other clients/businesses have the same -- in with unfinished work and in conflict.

I know there's a fair amount of people who use this site to bad-mouth other people the don't like because they have an axe to grind, but after so many negative reports about this guy and his business, real evidence is starting to mount. I'd like to add my voice to that evidence, and to warn people not to let this person get his hands on your money.

We'd like to revise our initial post to remove Joe Shadel and Netgroup Consulting from this negative report concerning local con-artist Bill Leonard aka Saxon Enterprises, LLC.     Joe Shadel apparently was another victim of Bill Leonard's.   William F. Leonard has articles online posing as a business partner with Joe and Netgroup and that is clearly false.  

Bill Leonard has not been associated with Net Group Consulting since the beginning of this year. His wife, Petra Leonard has never been involved with the company. But since you know her name you must know something I need to know to stop them from destroying Net Group Consulting. 

Bill Leonard's association with Net Group Consulting was very limited and very brief for reasons you found out for yourself. He is not trustworthy and we found that out as well and that is exactly why his association with Net Group Consulting was short lived.  

Bill Leonard never performed seo or sem for Net Group Consulting.  If Bill Leonard was performing seo or sem for your company then he was doing it on his own and not as a representative or employee of Net Group Consulting. Please contact me so we can stop him from ripping off other business owners such as yourself.
