I ordered 2 phones with phone cards on July 10 told 3 day delivery, the 19th I called back was told there was a mix up hadn't been sent, told me they would resend. It's 24th I still haven't received my order, I call them again to be told again there was a mix up and they haven't been sent out yet, they won't tell me why they weren't shipped yet only to wait and call back in 2 days, they won't refund my money and won't tell me what problem is just to keep waiting. They deducted the money on 10th when order was made but didn't send the order

The WORST Customer Service of ANY Company!

 You have learned a lesson. Net10 and its related companies have the acknowledged WORST customer service of ANY company on the planet! It's been this way for YEARS and they have no intentions of changing it. They could care less about you. They thumb their nose at you. Their reviews are HORRIBLE everywhere you go. This is NOT an exaggeration. Most of the majors now offer monthly service. I highly suggest you CANCEL this order and go elsewhere. You don't need to be messing around with all this minute counting, calls dropping out every few seconds or webpages which take MINUTES to load. Net-10 is pure garbage and I know you can do better!
