I pay $750 a month to anthem Blue Cross to be able to use their network and this company out of vindictiveness will not let me book an appt I pay for because I said I would leave a bad review because they won't follow through with their responsibilties to get me scheduled...they knew I needed help for 4 months but did nothing and now I'm in terrible pain for last for months and will take another 4 months...just vindictive instead of providing the services I pay for.
