I bought 3 year extended service plan for HP Laptop from Sams Club.


Had to send the computer in for repair for the same problem three times. Each time it came back with same problem or the same problem recurred after initially being fixed. 


No Lemon Clause in plolicy states: "During the term of this Contract, after three (3) service repairs have been completed on an individual Product, for the same defect and the Product requires a fourht repair, as determined by Us, We will replace it with a Product of comparable performance."


NEW siply refuses to honor this agreement and are only willing to send the laptop in for repair again!

Did any repair occur in year 1??  If so, that doesn't count towards the lemon as NEW does not take any responsiblity for mfr warranty.  If not, get Club Mgr to escalate to NEW and you will be taken care of.
