On March 6, 2007 I placed an order with NexL through Google Checkout for two motorcycle helmets. When I hadn't received them in a month or more I contacted NexL's representative named "Gabby." He assured me the helmets would be on the way soon. In fact, as I later learned, NexL was paid the $315 for the helmets, including $15 for shipping, by Google Checkout on March 7, 2006, and NexL has never shipped the helmets and never responded to my requests for refund of my money.
