I found this complaint while searching for "3213279428", a phone from an email we received under what appears to be the exact same scenario as the one described here.

First we received a fairly unfair (and quite likely made-up) review at the site, then, on the next day, we received the following via email:

In all fairness we have never used the services of the above individual or company, so we can't comment on their quality or lack of thereof.

The way they introduced themselves, though, as well as the similarity and the clearly open beneficial connection between what appear to be fabricated reports and their line of business absolutely exclude the possibility of them winning us for customers.

The person who originally submitted this report is not even a real customer.  We have never had a customer with the last name JONES from the hundreds of customers we have served over the years.  We would like to ask that this person provide the invoice of the program that they did with us to prove they were in fact a customer of Next Step China. Also, we find it to be a coincidence that when this first appeared on this website we got an e-mail from a company for services to remove the "bad review to restore our reputation" for a fee.  Here is the e-mail we received RIGHT AFTER THE REPORT WAS SUBMITTED TO RIPOFFREPORT.COM!  I suspect the company wrote this to get us to use their service, I don't know just guessing here.
