I thought I was dealing with AMAZON Publishing but I was hijacked in-between and this company Word-2-kindle has come out to be fake. The person posing as Nick Caya has provided wrong contact details, took $500 from me to format my book.
He has not delivered anything and actually I have some indication that he is working from Philippines remotely and is basically a scam. He tried to extract more money via fake emails for various charges but I have changed my Visa Card to prevent more charges.
Another victim contacted me and told me that actually it is a Russian scam to collect money. It is dangerous and someone should get to the bottom of it.
