Received a letter that I had won a lottery I did not enter. Letter signed by Michael J. Anderson, Promotion Manager. Enclosed check for $3331.50 to expedite transaction. Must call "Mr. Maxwell Bell, Claims/Disbursement Agent" to claim at 1-289-888-2699. Taxes on winnings is $2300 to be paid either by Western Union or Moneygram. "This ain't my first rodeo" and I turned the letter over to the the USPS.
