Northland Nursery charged me 7% sales tax on my purchase on 5/4/19. On this date, Michigan sales tax is 6%. I was charged $30.80 sales tax instead of $26.40. I was overcharged on sales tax by $4.40.

Reimbursement is not my goal. I was only one customer that day. The promotion was running for 5/3/19 and 5/4/19. The possibility exists that they overcharged all of their customers by 1%. I wonder what % they will submit to the State of Michigan?
