My friend placed an order to ship me a piece on Monday September 19, 2005 and paid 25 dollars for guaranteed overnight delivery. So far it has been three days and I still haven't received anything. There is no customer service phone number on the website and neither my friend nor I have received responses to the emails we have sent.

After reading all these posts about this company, I decided to take a look at what they were selling. I just figured it was stained glass windows and such.

LOL!!! They sell pot pipes and bongs! Nice ones, though... I'll admit.

i'm cancelling my order

i no longer want to deal with you guys. cancel my order, refund my credit card, do whatever you have to do, and just get this thing over with. to anyone reading this post, don't do any business with this company, it's a waste of time and effort on your part, and if you need more reassurance of this there are about forty other posts that say the exact same thing as i do. awful business.

look angela, i don't know what you're thinking ignoring us for a week, and then all the effort you can muster is telling us the names don't match up. why is it that i've bought a ton of things online with no problem whatsoever, including ones where the billing address (mine) isn't the shipping address (david's), but in your case there is a problem? and why is it that you didn't contact me until now? i have no idea what is going through you head right now, but the whole names not matching up thing is absolute crap, and you need to get it together and get my ordered shipped out immediately. we made no mistakes, this is totally on you, now either you or greg needs to take some responsibility and do what i paid you to do, that is how business works. i can't believe that you're doing this right now, especially after your company's history. just get this thing done, don't rip me off, and help yourself by not damaging your company's reputation any more.

greg, i was the one who ordered david's piece on the 19th (order # 8218). everything we did was done correctly; the credit card was mine, the address was correct, you even sent a confirmation email. it still says the order is "processing" on your website. this is taking way too long. your site advertised overnight delivery. i paid $25 for it. as far as i'm concerned, you owe me my order and $25, and you owe david a simple quick apology for taking too long. neither david or i want to drag this thing out, we don't want to give you any more problems, just get our order straightened out and let's get this over with.
