please follow my lead and contact a labor law attorney. I wasn't aware of this, but we can go after the so called "officers" of the company; and hopefully collect are hard earned money. If anyone has already contacted an attorney, please let me know how it goes. On a side note.....may God punish the Salzanos for ruining so many lives just to fatten their pockets.

THE FOLLOWING ENTRY IS MY OPINION BASED ON REAL LIFE EVENTS OVER THE LAST 6 MONTHS AT NORVERGENCE:

FYI:
Payroll disputes are filled to this "woman" from employees on a regular basis, time and time again! EVERY TIME WE GET PAID!!!!!!!!!! She is like the weatherman, wrong 100% of the time, but still gets to keep her job!!! Those with half a brain know good and well why there in so direct deposit....Norvergence HAS NO MONEY!!!!!

You developed a fantastic marketing idea, but got greedy and stated to pocket the cash verses paying your bills resulting in cusomer cut off on 6/17/04 through Qwest, employee payroll being swept after the "5 o'clock" cutoff to cash/deposit our checks. NO WONDER THERE WAS NEVER ANY $$ IN THE PAYROLL ACCOUNT!!!!!! You soulless crooks would put enough in from an escrow account till Ceridan (payroll company) would cut the checks and then the funds were "swept" out!!!! Who do you 2 think you are? Mafia? News Flash, dummies-those guys DONT get caught.....family, ha.....right!
