Ordered a free trial of BrightWhites tooth whitened on 11/23/2010 for the cost of shipping. I had no idea this place was in Hong Kong until the "shipping fees" were taken from my account. I was given 10 to call their cancellation number or be charged an additional $97. I have been calling daily to no avail. There is never an answer when I call, I sit on hold for 2 minutes to 45 minutes and then get Hung up on! I have yet to receive any kind of correspondence from this company or any kind of package. I have paid a total of $3.99 and cannot figure out how to keep these people from taking more money from my account.
