Ok here's the deal, they automatically bill your credit card with a renewal for a magazine subscription. You have to call this number and actually talk responses into the phone to get your money back. I did this then called back and pushed zero to talk to an operator. She confirmed that I will get my money back and it will be received within 7-10 days. Her name is Eileen and her extension is 637. The companies number is 800-927-9657.
