Agreed to have a 4.95 Charged to my account for the shipping and handling for the product. Was only wanting the free sample nothing more. Then week or so later bam 150$ gone to the company for some membership I did not sign up for. Didn't see anywhere that said there was a 14 day trial, nor did it say anything about the trial in the package that came, otherwise I would have called the very next day.

There is ALWAYS a link to the terms and conditions. Normally its when YOU enter in YOUR payment information. Then they ALSO add the "I Agree" button that you MUST click in order to place said order. The REAL issue is that YOU DID NOT READ!!!!! SO when the costs of the program that YOU told them YOU agreed to hits, its automatically a ripoff. YOU have ripped yourself off by NOT READING!!! Its one of the most BASIC skills, YOU ARE USING IT NOW!!!! SO HOW is this a ripoff caused by THEM when YOU couldnt be bothered to educate yourself by simply clicking a LINK!!!! THEY are ONLY doing what YOU AGREED TO!!!! I dont know your age but anyone over the age of 20 should know that NOTHING IS FREE!!!!! There is ALWAYS some string attached. YOU ASSUMED that the 5$ spent was ONLY for the trial offer. But had YOU actually read what YOU AGREED TO you would find that YOU are entering into a membership program IF you dont cancel within 14 days of placing the order.
