I opened my SBC phone bill I noticed I was charged for a set up fee of $12.95 for a "Oan Affinity Marketing Privasafe Email". I was also charged for a monthly fee.

I have never heard of this email or never signed up for this email. I have called SBC and they have told me that the company is real, but when I try to call the company it's self it is never open.

I hope to come up with an explanation for this charge.
