I have filed my report before. I keep coming back to this website and see that almost everyday someone has lost their house to this this......place.

Why can't they be stopped? Why can't we get compensated for our loss? They purposely cheated us out of our homes. Their employees are just as much to blame as the company themselves.

Same on anyone who could ever work for such a place.

I lost my house, self esteem, credit, everything. I have nothing, they have it all...

This site has kept me sane

AUTHOR: Cyd - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 02, 2003

I have read this site religiously and have wrote in several times-this site is what has kept me sane throughout this whole crisis with Ocwen. Some of you might remember that my family lost our home of 18 years even though we made numerous phone calls, faxed paper work to OTS,written countless letters and even visited the Senator's office.

Today I received a letter from Ocwen that has absolutely blown me away-I just had to share it with all of you. Keep in mind that the letter is dated the 18th of June and the postmark is the 30th of June.

I was forced into bankruptcy and made every single payment-with proof-and Ocwen auctioned off my home December 5,2002. Of course they were the highest bidder, I should say the only bidder because noone knew about the sale including my attorney. Because of my close contact with the OTS and several other government agencies I continued to fight and remained in the house until a constable literally had my family removed on the 5th of March 2003, which to this day we are still homeless. Then today I received this letter which states:
Dear Cyd,

The insurance Ocwen Federal Bank, FSB placed on the property shown above is canceled effective 06/17/03 12:01 AM for the following reason:

Although we have processed this cancellation our records show an earned premium for the following time period: 12/04/02-06/17/03 $346.73

This premium has been charged to(your escrow acct) for the time the coverage was in force.

Sincerely,

FIDELITY & DEPOSIT(FORCE ORDER)
c/o OCWEN FEDERAL BANK, FSB
P.O. BOX 57002
IRVINE, CA 92619-7002

PLEASE NOTE: If you have any questions or need information please call us at 1-888-380-3948. Your call may be monitored.

This letter was sent to the address of my home they took from me.

Criminal Justice's cause number

AUTHOR: D - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 02, 2003

I made a mistake, sorry..
The cause number for Ocwen is as stated in the previous posting. I made a mistake, I listed the Fed's suing Texas Department of Criminal Justice's cause number, not Kweku's. The Ocwen's cause number is 3:02cv960.

Sorry guys for the mistake. However, I did mention to the Fed's about this case against Ocwen, and here in my area, they know about it.

Again, sorry for the bobo... The rest of the posting is correct.

Finding Updates

AUTHOR: D - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, July 01, 2003

Hi Everyone,

I too am a victim, and have filed my statement with Kweku.

If you want some answers/updates on the lawsuit,
Kweku gave this to us before and I log on weekly to read the updates.

The site is a cost item, however it is only 7 cents a page, and you are not billed until you reach 10.00. When you go to this site, you will not get on immediately, they will send you your password via snail mail.

Here it is:

It is www.pacer.gov or you can try this: http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov

Phone: 1-800-676-6856.

In order to access the case you will need the cause number and that is: 4:00cv0298

To Robin and others. You can go to pacer.ctd.usacourts.gov and type the case number 3:2002cv00960

AUTHOR: Marlene - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, July 01, 2003

Dear Robin and Ocwen's victims,

You can acces the Pacer System (electronic info related to court cases) and find out all it's happening with the Hanson v. Ocwen class action lawsuit.

You will need to register with Pacer first (so easy!). You can do it using the Internet: provide them with your name and address and they will send you a password and an ID code by mail. Then, armed with these you easily acces the court by omitting the www and typing:

pacer. ctd. usacourts.gov. You login and type the case number:3:2002cv00960.

They charge 0.07 per page but you are supposed to pay only after you have read an X number of pages. They would bill you then for a few dollars(amount is so low that I forgot it). I follow the case daily (some people do it on weekly basis), and I'm still waiting for the gov. bill ( so unexpensive I still don't deserve a bill for my daily viewing ). I have been following it for months.

People like Robin can understand it better than me because their higher education and their knowledge of American culture.

Robin, if you do it, you can later come back to us and give us the benefit of your sensible comments (We don't just like your comments; we need them)

I understand enough to enjoy it, since it's obvious we are winning. As my children would put it: "That lawsuit is juicy, juicy."

As a victim, I'm sick with Ocwen. Hence, I have decided to be pro-active as opposed to re-active I am always following news about it using all resources I can (I do it the 7 days of the week). This is not exaggerated if you consider Ocwen attacks our shelters, our homes, our families.

I don't expect Ocwen attacks to take actions. I presee them. It is not difficult because Ocwen's crimes are repititive (they are not very creative). At first, we are victimized becaus we don't believe its behaviour. Once we realize this institution is a legalized criminal we easily see the pattern and the familiar offenses.

For example, they tried to place forced insurance to me last year (my first year). My complaints to everybody (including FL Depat. of Insurance, Dep. of Justice (local, state and national levels), and of course, the FBI, (local, state, and national levels) saved me from that. Notice you always complain at the three levels, just in case Ocwen is buying one of those levels.

This year, I renewed my insurance and I already send copies to everybody, accompanied by letters protesting last year Ocwen's behavior and copies of the criminal letter Ocwen had sent me then. Of course, my records are always growing. Document every thing!

Because of Ocwen, I became a little bit cynical, but it's OK. I was too innocent and naive before. Thank you, Ocwen Devil, for showing me the crooked ways of American banking! Ja!

You know what: I believe Ocwen Hell will need to drop it at the end, more sooner than later. They are not in a position to defend themselves at all. No money can buy the innocence they are expected to show in court.

Yes, Ocwen is being more aggresive with the foreclosures. But,...Did you ever try to kill a big and repulsive roach? What do ugly roaches do when they are about to die? Ocwen is a Roach.

Ha! Ocwen Federal Bank FSB is Roach! I am certainly "illuminated" today.

The reason that I am so worried these days about Ocwen customers... the threat grows!

AUTHOR: Robin - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, June 29, 2003

To Nancy, Marlene, and all Ocwen customers,

Nancy, I hope that you will contact Mr. Hanson. He will help you as much as he can. Hold your head up; I really think this sorry company will "get it" soon!

Marlene, good to hear from you again. Thank you for you kind words. Ocwenites are bad, bad people. WHERE are you checking on the progress of this suit? I have to keep asking Mr. Hanson for updates and I know he's busier than ever with this. Got a link?

As Mr. Hanson's suit continues and Ocwen feels more and more pressured, I am almost sure that Ocwen will escalate its evil ways. In fact, I think it has begun already.

This suit is costing Ocwen money; lots and lots of money. They should be starting to see the writing on the wall by now. If Ocwen is truly unable to get anything past the judge hearing this case, they are seeing a HUGE settlement for victims at the end of this road as well as the loss of all these unwarranted fees, as everyone will be watching for a long time to make sure that Ocwen has to explain in full any "extra" fees on billings (if Ocwen even exists after Mr. Hanson's suit). Ocwen must be seeing its own death warrant being signed with every day that passes; they can act pretty stupid, but I believe they are fully aware of what this is doing to their bottom line.

This suit is a good and wonderful thing. It is also a bad and terrible thing. (GASP)Let go of those keyboards and let me finish.

For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. A balance in all things must be maintained. Ocwen definitely wants to maintain its balance sheet.

Mr. Erby and his henchmen are addicted to the money that Ocwen provides them. As revenues and profits decrease, something must be done to make that up as well as provide the cash for settlements that are sure to come.

I am afraid that this need will create a backlash on all of you still struggling with Ocwen. The crazy unexplained fees will become crazier and more outrageous. The number of foreclosures will increase as Ocwen desperately tries to gather in all the resources it can before the axe falls. (It seems to me that the number of foreclosures is on the rise now, but it may just be that more people are reporting them than before on this site.) The larger the suit, the longer it takes. The more time Ocwen has to work against YOU. This worries me a great deal.

Just be very, very careful, all of you. Document everything as if your life depends on it. This sickening bunch will stop at nothing to attain its own ends, which seems to be to get all your money and, ultimately, your home.

That awful, awful "subprime" label. It has to go
away. These companies have created their own propaganda that has a lot of Americans convinced that half the country would be homeless without them. Not so! Subprime lenders as we know them are relative newcomers on our economic scene. The reasoning behind their creation was sound: to make it easier for people with slow or bad payment histories to get a house. It was a good and benign premise. As with anything else intended for good, criminals will rush in and corrupt. The laws were left a little too ambiguous and the crooks were clever enough to dodge them...until now. This "industry" has been corrupted beyond redemption.

There should be NO "subprime" homebuyer in this country, EVER, period. That label is used against the homebuyer to rob him of his dignity and money. All homebuyers deserve to start on an equal footing. Why? Because people will give their all to save their home. The collateral involved will be there; ever heard of anyone removing their home brick by brick, board by board and hiding it where the bank cannot find it? Me, either. But Ocwen acts like it thinks thats what its customers will do. What an absurd idea...but Ocwen uses it to its advantage.

The more I have studied this industry, the more amazed I get! It is hugely profitable and it works like magic! These companies are almost printing their own money! These are "paper profits" in many cases that generate huge yields for investors and stockholders, but there is no foundation under them. The balloon floats on air! Heaven help us all should the wind blow it into a sharp object at this time...the "bust" would send shockwaves all over the world. These companies have to work increasingly harder to keep that current of air moving upward and that is the dishonesty we see today. Honest profit is exhausted, so now they turn to the dishonest. Increase those yields, you know. In the process, they destroy real people's lives, like Nancy's. And countless others...

We each write our own list of what is important in our lives. On my list, people rank MUCH higher than profit. Unfortunately, many CEOs, Government officials, and legislators seem to put profit at the top of their lists. Profit is good in its place and a certain amount is necessary for the health of our country and the people in this country, but, again, the balance must be maintained.

Obscene profits derived from the destruction of the common man's life is detrimental to America or any other country. Like a cancer, this practice eventually destroys the "host" or source. It is a lose/lose situation any way one looks at it. It amazes me that these "brilliant" folk that we elect to safeguard us within our own borders cannot seem to comprehend the damage done to the morale of the people of America by the terroristic practices of these servicing companies. A demoralized population is not a productive population. (That is why the Military takes the morale of its troops so seriously. Fighting men are not effective when demoralized.) People who have their homes, the foundations of their lives, stolen are not emotionally equipped for a long time to be productive, either. The recovery time is long and hard. The ruined credit report is an added burden.

I am beginning to wonder if all politicians and legislators suffer some form of peculiar blindness that they can seem so blissfully unaware of all this. Surely we are not electing sub-grade morons into office that are unable to see this whole picture. I am not affected by Ocwen directly, no, but I can see what it is doing to those of you who are.

No one in power is likely to listen to one voice on this site and take it seriously. But WE ALL need to keep saying it over and over. This industry is single-handedly doing a great deal of damage to the foundation of America, economically and morally. I do not know what it will take to wake up those that can help you and, ultimately, all of us. The whole country, affected directly by Ocwen or not, will suffer the backlash from what is happening. Keep writing, keep talking, keep fighting and, above all, KEEP PRAYING!

Remember who they give money to

AUTHOR: Cynthia - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, June 29, 2003

Everyone on this site must remember and this has been brought up before, Ocwen and many of these other predatory companies have given large amounts of money to many political candidates including Jeb Bush, Governor of Florida, George W. Bush and a multitude of others. Always remember this.

This is what we also must fight against. Watch who your Representatives, Senators, Governors, etc. receive money from. This is a matter of public record.

Some of us have been dealing with Ocwen for a few years now and it has become one of my life's endeavors to rid this planet of this company and others like it. We are all in this together and we will make it through.

Join Hanson v. Ocwen: it looks healthy and nice.

AUTHOR: Marlene - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, June 28, 2003

Robin is right, as always. We need your type, Robin. You are not a victim, Robin. No one is calling you "subprime with bad paying habits". No one is taking your home away from your family. Yet, you are concerned and intelligent citizen with a vision of what Ocwen might be for every American if we don't stop it. You have an strong civil character. You have dignity.

And it's true what Robin says! Join Hanson v. Ocwen: it looks healthy and nice. I follow it on daily basis. It takes time because Ocwen is a humengous company and proof after proof is to be presented carefully and in an ordered manner to the Judge in the case.

Guess what? Proof after proof after proof is fully documented and Ocwen-in-Panic has nowhere to hide. Ocwen Hell tried to escape; but the Judge did not allow it. Now, the despicable Ocwen-used to the back door or to never show its face- is being forced to respond to all charges. These charges are too many, I repeat, because the bank is too big and every thing with it is purposely wrong; but there is no place to hide.

Mr. Hanson is very busy- he has his own family to take care of. Our Lord is keeping him strong and confident.

Join the suit so you can recover your home, and your good name. Show the world no bank, no person, and no money can unjustly take your human dignity away from you. Send your notarized statement to Mr. Hanson (he is not answering emails now because he needed some time apart to rest and recharge; but he does answers all emails), and his lawyers are running busy in court, since evidence aginst Ocwen grows and growns constantly. Add your evidence to the Justice Mountain already piled against the Ocwen Monster that ruined your family and filled your life with misery. Don't let Ocwen go without due PUNISMENT!

We do all of this by showing proof and asking for money (money shows the truth because it indicates the path of the criminals).

You are not alone. People on this site are not alone. We feel each and all of us presence since adversity and common interests have us together on this, and we are so many.

We have people like Robin. We have this wonderful site. We have a honorable lawyer, Mr. Kweku Hanson and the Hanson v. Ocwen lawsuit. We have each other in our truth. God, of course, is also here, embraccing us.

Hanson v Ocwen?....Do not let Ocwen have it all..

AUTHOR: Robin - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, June 27, 2003

Ocwen is one of the most revolting companies in America; they have a Federal Bank Charter. Unbelievable, but true!! Shame on the Feds for even letting themselves be associated with this evil entity! I am loath to call them a bank; Mafia racket seems a more apt description!

Ocwen may have gotten your house. Do not make the mistake of letting Ocwen steal your dignity and sense of self-worth as well. Anyone who has read these posts knows better and recognizes and acknowledges what you have been through.

I don't know how they have done this for so long. I feel that somewhere in the Government, someone is making a huge pile of money from this. I would bet my own house on that! One day we'll find out, but following this money trail is extremely difficult. Someone needs to be watching the guards in this country...What the Feds must realize is that the longer they allow this blatant law breaking to go on, the more crystal clear apparent it becomes that they are complicit! (This is not just Ocwen, it is an industry-wide scandal)

If the Feds let it continue much longer, the lid will blow off and expose the "guards" themselves. It will be a scandal of epic proportions, dimming anything that has gone before.

Have you joined Hanson vs. Ocwen? Class action suit in CT. Enormous suit and I guess it is growing by the hour...

I believe that Mr. Hanson will be able to tell you what is going on with this suit and what your options may be.

There are a lot of people "out here" doing what we can. And if it is any comfort, there are a lot of folks saying a prayer for Ocwen victims every day. The balance in America will be adjusted (very soon, I hope). Accountability by those enabling this law-breaking, immoral "company" to operate within our borders will be demanded and received. Compensation for victims is a very important issue in this battle. Once again, the money has to be tracked down first and it may surface in some rather surprising places.....
