 Charged insurance charges, refused to refund or credit. Paid over payments not credited over payments, class action suits against them due to not refunding insurance charges. Blocked Western Union payments error mission or invalid loan number. Attempting to claim additional average by not correcting property description, corrected as legal description register in public court house records. Sending multiple default letters, few days after due date law states customer has 30 full days before default letter may be mailed out. Charged verified charges for each letter mailed out, mailed receipts 3 times, they request to send bank off copies constant repeated delay tactics. Repeated letters bankruptcy by law is to send l Attorney but, continue to send mail to customer not to Attorney. Charges of large amount 3 times as not credited to account, also applied to principal not to fee. Attempt to have customer pay payment already paid to prior serviced when loan han't transferred till after that date. Refused to correct. Billing statements incorrect from day 1. Stopped sending billing statement 2nd month in year so you can't check payments principal or tract activity on your account? Recorded on credit report No payments you have receipts as paid. This company request when you will make payment how, when hat type? Then they block it. Record every conversation, send every letter registered mail make copies of everything thing company deals under the table. To many more to list have documentation to prove all attorney are hestitate as they are big Corp. also Real Attorneys same thing. Never get involved with a servicing company you will never get loose from them.

My name is Sarah, I am replying to you because saw your comment reply about Ocwen Loan Servicing involvement with your mortgage. I work for a company that deals with these types  Ocwen Loan Servicing have been one of the names that has been coming up a whole lot lately. It seems they are involved with a ton of fraudulent loans.

We will be able to advise,consult and educate you. You may be able to receive the compensation you deserve due to the negligence of the lenders involved. It is your obligation to yourself to use your last means of defense to get to the truth of this matter. Once you provide evidence that they have been collecting on your property illegally you can take it to court and petition to void the deed of trust.


When and/if your property is being foreclosed on one of the things we do offer is a packet for a Stay of Execution which has stopped at least two of our clients from losing their homes until we were able to finish the investigation for them.
