This is Olamitope Roth. She is a CPA Chartered Accountant. She is the owner and co-founder of the accounting firm RothSchroder Professional Accountants and the indigenous-based company FRC GROUP. Both of her companies are based in Edmonton, Alberta. Do not let her innocent look and smooth taking fool you. I used to work for her directly and I was ALWAYS an extremely loyal friend to her who did everything I was ordered to do with absolute obedience. I did everything she told me to do with total obedience. I would pick up her daughter, care for her dog, mow her lawn, drive her around, drive her to appointments, drive her to the airport, pick her up from the airport, assist her family members when she ordered me to do so, get dog food for her, etc... Are you getting the picture? If she ordered me to jump, I would jump. If she ordered me to sit, I would sit. I DID EVERYTHING THAT WAS ASKED OF ME WHETHER I HATED IT OR LIKED IT. A reasonable person would expect some level of loyalty and respect in return. But not for Olami. She does not repay acts of absolute loyalty. Quite the opposite!

I literally ended up HOMELESS and sleeping out of my car because of this despicable women. For you see, I made a deal with her that I would live in a Townhouse owned by her company FRC GROUP. I also worked for her and the Townhouse was an office too. So my home would substitute as my workplace. There was an ulterior motive to have me living there as well. Because one of the main employees at FRC GROUP is none other than TEMI FOLA-BOLUMOTE. She is Olami's sister and a convicted fraudster currently on probation. The ulterior motive to have me there was so I could keep an eye on Temi and make sure she stayed on the straight and narrow path. Sort of like a spy to monitor Temi. That was the plan from the very beginning. So I gave my notice to move out of my wonderful apartment and packed up everything to move. AND THEN, with only 1 week left before moving and with no warning at all, Olami instantly withdraws the offer of moving into the Townhouse. At this point, I can't stay at my existing apartment because a new tenant is set to move in. Now I have nowhere to move to, and nowhere to stay. All because she instantly decide to screw me over in EPIC FASHION with a gigantic stab in the back. She then fabricated a b******* story that I had drugs in my bags at the Townhouse. Drugs? It was anxiety medication advised by my doctor for treatment of anxiety. That isn't an illegal drug, it was a 100% legal and doctor ordered medication. But if you ask Olami, you would think it was a gigantic bag filled cocaine, meth, and heroin. It was just doctor prescribed Anxiety medication. Like calm the hell down, already. EXAGGERATE MUCH!!!!!!! EXAGGERATE MUCH.

****** MAJOR NOTE OF CONCERN ******

It should be noted how disturbing it is that a CPA CERTIFIED ACCOUNTANT has a financial fraudster working for her in a company that deals with other people's money and businesses. That is EXACTLY THE SAME as letting an alcoholic work in a bar serving alcohol. That is EXACTLY THE SAME as letting a drug addict work in a pharmacy. That is EXACTLY THE SAME as letting a gambling addict work in a casino. That is EXACTLY THE SAME as letting jewelry thief work in a jewelry store. Like seriously people, give your heads a God d**n shake here. CAN YOU NOT SEE THE MASSIVE RED FLAG WARNING WITH THAT ISSUE? It is a ticking time bomb waiting to blow up.

****** THE TIME CODES ISSUE FACTOR ******

Then a problem happened at work. It was my responsibility to enter LEMS (timesheets for workers) and each one had specific codes that needed to be entered in a certain order. I understood the order. For instance, NSC Codes applied to Northside Workers and they needed to have the NSC Codes assigned to them. However, someone at FRC GROUP sabotaged my work. They disabled or swapped the NSC Codes with HAMM Codes. Making it look like I entered the wrong codes. I even told Olami in advance that the NSC Codes were NOT appearing whenever I searched for NSC Codes for the Northside Workers. Only the HAMM Codes would appear. No matter what I typed in, no NSC Code would ever appear for me. Even though I told Olami about this situation in advance, she STILL lost her s**t on me when she saw the error. Despite already being told in advance that the Codes would not appear. The only logically answer, is someone was removing the NSC Codes whenever I worked on LEMS so they could sabotage my work and get me in s**t. Yet, none of that satisfied Olami. She would still lose her s***.

****** THE BAD DECISION MAKING FACTOR ******

Olami was completely close-minded to the idea of external input. If you ever criticized any decision she made on the company or offered a better idea, she would bite your head off. For instance, she once made an absolutely brain-dead moronic decision regarding a master file. When I pointed out that the master file was the vastly superior to her new method, she instantly started yelling and screaming at me. Because God forbid that anyone criticize her precious decision making. She has the mindset that every decision she makes is the RIGHT DECISION. She cannot make any mistake, cannot make a bad choice, and anyone who has the gull to point out errors in her decision-making must be shootdown and shut-up. That is trademark of a terrible leader. Good leaders are always open to suggestions from others, they have the self-awareness to recognize that they aren't perfect and they might make bad choices some times. THAT IS NOT OLAMI. She has the mindset that she can do no wrong, every decision she makes is a flawless decision. And if anyone disagrees with her, then THAT PERSON is the blind one. NOT HER.

****** THE HYPOCRISY STANDARD FACTOR ******

Continuing off of the "bad decision making" issue that I described above. Olami is also quite a massive hypocrite. Here is your proof: She can stand to have her decisions, or her company criticized. When I criticized her absolutely terrible Master File decision, she literally screamed and shouted at me. She said and this is a direct quote from her, "DO NOT TELL ME HOW TO HANDLE MY COMPANY, START YOUR OWN COMPANY IF YOU DO." But here's the thing with that. I used to have my own company at one point. Olami told me and ordered me around in my own company back then. For instance, I was keeping paper records when I was running my own company. But Olami told me and this is a direct quote, "NO TRAINER OF MINE WILL USE PAPER." She forced me to abandon paper records and adopt a mobile electronic app instead. That is just one example out of many. So, let me get this straight. Olami had NO ISSUE bossing around other people in their own company and how they run their own company. But she can't stand it if anyone does the exact same thing to her. HYPOCRITE MUCH!!!!!! HYPOCRITE MUCH.
