I made a purchase and the purchase was placed with (3) three seperate cards two mastercards and one visa card. when i contested the charge on all three seperate cards two (2) of the cards were reinbursted for the amount that was put on each card of the total purchase price.

The third card ollo denied my disputed charge claiming there are no visa/master card regulations concerning this type of dispute. now the other cards are visa and mastercards so why was it refunded by the other two if and no ollo.
