Omnicon Restoration Doesnt pay their contractors! joliet, Illinois

I have been doing  flooring work for Omnicon for about 2-3 years without one service call,all jobs completed on schedule,and without any overages.I make calls week after week on payment and I always get the typical answer, next week or insurance hasnt paid claim yet! Omnicon has owed my company thousands of dollars since last august,I even offered a payment plan but havnt heard back on that one yet either. The last time I got paid for a job it took over a year,I guess my only other option is small claims court!
