OneGreatFamily Agreed to cancel my account with them & refund the unused days, then denied taking to me. Springville, Utah

The promise when I got into OneGreatFamily was that I could use it once without a charge, but needed to give them my charge card info.

When I noticed that they had charged me 79.95 I called them and cancelled my membership with them. They said that my membership was cancelled and they would returned the unused days. I was on 1 day, so 364 days would not be used.

When I called back they denied having talked to me and insisted on charging me the full one year amount even though I never used even a single day and I do not wish to use any of their services. To me they are really a rip off company.
