If you have been scammed by this man Marques Ponder aka Marques Bellamy acting as CEO of Opulent Management Group or any subsidies of Opulent, you need to file at fraud/theft report with the Atlanta Police Department's  and then follow-up with the Major Fraud Unit at 404-546-4240. 

Everyone needs to file police reports in order for the detectives to get involved and try and get this guy put behind bars.  Please Please Please do this

he has got me too, very similiar story as the author, i think we all should press criminal charges against him and make sure he doesnt see the light of day to do this to anyone else

I am a consumer who also has been scammed by this man.  Your report is almost exactly what happened to me and I would like if you would like to work together on help putting this man behind bars I would greatly appreciate that.  

Im pretty positive that he is scamming people in several other states and obviously he's been flying under the radar from law enforcement for some time now.  I know there are others out there ripped off but probably not sure where to go to report this or get help.  Lets work together to stop him once and
