Over the rainbow kennels I was scammed in buying puppies I put $1600 down for 4 pups she promised to deliver or ship and after 4 months of promises she Ghosted me and blocked me won’t answer calls she did it to another person in Oklahoma as wel. Buyer beware!!! Promise puppies sales gave down 1600 never heard from her again. Chipley Florida
